Products purchased with standard delivery in Australia at the flat shipping rate of $10 will take 3-6 days for delivery based on Australia Post. Should you wish to use Australia Post Express Post it will be a 2-day delivery time and an additional $7 cost will be incurred.

Refund Policy

The return of goods ordered by you is limited only to situations where there is a legal obligation for such goods to be returned (e.g., faulty goods) or is via discretion of Mineral Springs Truffles.

Except where required by law, all returned products must be:

Unused, unopened and in original condition

Undamaged and unstained

Returned within 14 days of delivery.

In a saleable condition upon return

Mineral Springs Truffles will refund the cost of the product (via the original payment method); provide a replacement product; or issue a store credit for all returned products, which meet the abovementioned criteria.
