How do you cook with falafel mix?
Cooking with our falafel mixes is as simple as adding one cup of hot water, mixing it well and letting it sit for roughly 15-20 minutes. For the best results shallow frying the mixture often works best.
Are falafel mixes healthy?
Our falafel mixes are rich in fibre and high in protein particularly since our mixes use fava beans instead of chickpeas in the mixture. Falafel mixes also are commonly rich in antioxidants, folates and iron.
How much water should I add to the falafel mix?
