As all of our desserts are baked fresh to order, we require a minimum of 2 days notice for orders. Select which date you would like your cupcakes delivered using our calendar booking system above.

If you’re located in Brisbane or the surrounding suburbs, we’ll hand deliver your order any day of the week at a time that suits you best. We offer two types of delivery options – (1) Standard Delivery and (2) Priority Delivery. You can select your preferred delivery method in the cart.

STANDARD DELIVERY
Your order will arrive on your selected date, any time between 7am and 4pm.

PRIORITY DELIVERY
Your order will arrive on your selected date, within a two-hour timeframe of your choosing between our business hours of 7am and 4pm. If you choose Priority Delivery, we’ll send you a text to confirm what two-hour timeframe you’d like your order delivered.

We highly recommend that you have someone home to receive your order as we will only attempt delivery once. If nobody is home to receive your order, we will leave your order in a safe place and send you a text message letting you know that your order has been delivered.

Baked by M&G handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

All of our goods are baked to order and for hygiene and food regulation purposes, we do not accept returns. Refunds, credit notes or a replacement order to the same value will only be given in the event that you receive the incorrect product, or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your goods upon arrival, you must contact us as soon as possible.
