Chilli Relish:
Made with organic chillis and onion, mixed with a perfect combination of herbs and spices, cooked to perfection and jarred for your pleasure. A mild-medium heat savoury relish that is as versatile as it is delicious. Use it on your sandwiches and burgers, over BBQ meat, In pasta sauce or add to your antipasto platter.

All of our products are made from produce grown organically on our farm at Tomewin Mountain NSW. We begin with organic seeds in our greenhouse, permaculture gardens followed by hand harvesting our produce and herbs before crafting them into our organic products. We make award winning chilli sauces & jams, herbal teas aimed at natural health and wellness and also have a fully stocked greenhouse open to the public by appointment.
Mad Mountain is a small family business in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales. We use no artificial colourings, flavourings, thickeners or preservatives in our products. Our gardens are grown using only organic fertilisers and we use no gmo seeds or plants. Everything is as nature intended and oh so tasty.
