Seller Help at The Food Lovers Marketplace

The Seller Help Centre has a range of tutorials and resources that will assist you in setting-up your vendor account. There’s also more information on managing orders, processing refunds and handling disputes.

Seller Marketing

If you would like us to feature your products in paid marketing campaigns, social media posts, blogs or the newsletter, please provide your information through the online form on the Marketing Hub.

We have created tutorials to assist you through-out the set-up process. An induction is offered to all vendors when they sign-up. This is conducted through Zoom (multiple time slots available). If you get stuck with set-up, give us a call and we can assist you. If you require a full profile set-up, this can also be arranged via Zoom or in person.

For more information on getting a Food Business License, contact your local council. Not all categories of products require a license. If the category of products that you sell are exempt, you can still sell on Marketplace.

Life gets busy at times, we understand that. If for any reason you need to take a break, you can set your store on vacation mode. From your dashboard, select vacation mode and set a date wise close. Your products will still be visible, however customers will not be able to make a purchase. 

Get in contact with the customer and let them know. Process a refund request (watch the video on the Seller Help page) on the order page from the vendor dashboard.
