online tutorials
We have created tutorials to walk you through the process. The tutorials will show you how to configure your store, setup your store policies, configure shipping, add products and more. We recommend going through all the tutorials before selling with us. You can access these as you need, at your leisure.

live tutorials
If you would like training on the system, attend one of our live Zoom sessions. The live sessions will walk you through the setup process, and show you how to add products and configure your store. You can then take away your learnings and confidently setup your store. Contact admin to register for a session. Sessions are free, and run for 40 minutes.

Don’t have spare time to setup your store? Or is technology your worst nightmare? Either way, we offer a service which provides complete store setup. We take care of the full configuration for your store including shipping settings and product set-up (based off products on your existing webstore).
How it works?
We will organise an initial Zoom call or a face-to-face meeting with you to find out more about your business. Through this process, we identify shipping specifications that work for you; the policies you wish you to implement and your branding requirements. We setup your store, show you how to manage orders and add in products. If you do not feel comfortable with setting up your own products, we can assist by creating them for you as they are set out on your existing webstore.
How long does it take?
Complete set-up support takes anything from 1-3 hours depending on the complexity of your store. Sessions are one-on-one and will be tailored to your needs.
