I know what your thinking are mushroom grow kits worth buying when compared to heading down to the store and buying the end product. The short answer is most of the time they are, due to the great yields a lot of grow kits get from their substrate. A lot of the mushrooms are also a bit more niche and you wont often find them at your local grocer and if you do they can be pretty pricey.
