Vendor Profile | Hey Donuts

We’re super excited to announce that Hey Donuts is now apart of The Food Lovers Marketplace. Hey Donuts specialises in making doughnut bouquets, which are perfect for gifts (cos who doesn’t love doughnuts?). You can customise your bouquet, plus, delivery is available in North Brisbane. Founder, Ellin Toepan (pictured below), shares her story with us.

Tell us a bit about yourself:

Hi there, my name is Ellin, I’m a full time mama of a busy toddler, a Montessori Kindy Directress, turned restaurant waiter/bartender/cashier/ front of house, turned foodie @heybrisbane, Luxury picnic owner @heypicnic, and just found my new passion @hey.donuts.

Why did you start your new venture?

Because who doesn’t like donuts?

Also it’s something that I can do while looking after my son. Oh, and my husband is obsessed with donuts!

What do you love most about making donut bouquets?

Oh I love everything about it! Shopping for the goodies, arranging everything inside the box, looking at so many happy faces when I hand deliver the bouquet/s. My day would just be 1000 times better

What’s next on the horizon for you?

I would love to send my bouquets all over Australia.
